- 4 Cobs of corn, shucked
- 3 tablespoons Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 6 sprigs basil for garnish
Grill corn for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine olive oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently for 7 minutes. Plate the corn and drizzle warm olive oil mixture and fresh basil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
