Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic Olive Oil and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 4 Cobs of corn, shucked
  • 3 tablespoons Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 6 sprigs basil for garnish

Directions

Grill corn for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine olive oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently for 7 minutes. Plate the corn and drizzle warm olive oil mixture and fresh basil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
