Jalapeno Cilantro Dip

Use the heat of Bella Grace Jalapeno Olive Oil and the richness of Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil to create a bold and creamy dip.

2- 15 ounce cans white beans
1/2 cup Bella Grace Jalapeno Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil
8 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2-1 jalapeno pepper
2 teaspoons sea salt
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves


Open two cans of white beans and pour into a colander. Rinse beans with warm water and allow the water to drain thoroughly. Pour beans into a food processor and add Bella Grace Jalapeno Olive Oil, Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil, garlic, lime juice, jalapeño, salt, and cilantro leaves. Blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth.  Pour dip into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Cut the top of a pepper of your choice to use as a serving bowl and remove all seeds before filling with jalapeno Cilantro Dip. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a few slices of fresh jalapeno. Serve with fresh vegetables, tortilla chips, or pita bread.
