Mediterranean Orzo Salad with Basil Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • ½ pound orzo pasta
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 3 oz feta cheese crumbles
  • 3 tablespoons Bella Grace basil olive oil

Directions

Boil orzo pasta for 9 minutes or until al dente, then drain. Add cherry tomatoes, chopped kalamata olives and feta cheese crumbles. Toss with Bella Grace basil olive oil. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
